Our client is an uber brand, a hugely progressive organisation that has radically changed the way we work and live.
They are now seeking to engage an experienced Channel Manager who will also be responsible for working directly with the sales teams and advertisers to continue to grow these accounts and ensure our client's Advertising is exceeding its expectations related to account service. The Channel Manager's role is to ensure service delivery and optimization of advertising booked across the network and to drive customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities include:
* Drive up customer satisfaction through management of our client's Advertising campaign commitments and resolution of customer issues.
* Support the sales team in delivering team revenue and yield targets.
* Manage the account management team. (approx. 10 -11 direct reports initially).
* Recruit the right talent into the Account Management team
* Ensure the team are delivering against expectations for campaign initiation, set-up, delivery and optimisation Establish & manage relationships with the Market based sales teams to both address on-going business and issues as well as defining the future strategy for the group.
* Drive up-sell and revenue growth from existing advertisers.

The ideal candidate is someone who has:
* A minimum of three years on-line Account Management experience with a blue chip or media agency Additionally 3+ years previous Sales/People Management experience.
* Demonstrated track record of exceeding established goals on a consistent basis
* Great decision making, organizational planning skills and customer interaction experience.
* Strong cross group organizational and collaboration skills.
* Digital advertising experience.
* University degree required
